Taste Maker Masala

Chili Powder, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Cloves, Aniseed, Turmeric, Star anise, Pepper, Onion Powder, Ginger and Garlic powder, Lemon salt, Sugar and Salt.

    Cooking Method

    Boil 1 liter of water adding few drops of cooking oil and little salt. Then add millet noodles and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. It’s turn into soft in 10 to 12 minutes, but remains firm in shape. Switch off the flame and drain off the water. Keep the cooked noodles aside.

    Heat 2 tbsp. cooking oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped onion, tomato and other mixed vegetables like carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum, etc. Now add the tastemaker masala and mix well. Add the cooked noodles and toss it to coat the masala. Check for taste and add more salt if needed. Lastly sprinkle some coriander leaves and mix well. Switch off the flame and serve hot immediately!
